My name is Elvis, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach under the American Council of Exercise (ACE), J3U Level 1, and Precision Nutrition (PN). I specialise in body transformations through fat loss and muscle gain for the everyday person as well as competitive physique athletes, and have been doing so since 2020, working with a diverse group of people of all ages and backgrounds.

On a more personal note, I have undergone numerous transformations myself since winter of 2014. I have also taken part in modelling opportunities and competed in numerous men's physique competitions since 2017, having placed considerably well, and with the intention to become a pro athlete and to represent Singapore on the Mr.Olympia stage eventually.  

I strongly believe that every person is unique biologically, psychologically, and socially. This should and will be considered when crafting and executing a plan to achieve their desired body. Consistency is the name of the game, but that does not mean a life that is void of its pleasures, and so no crash diets under my watch! Every plan is curated specifically to your individual metrics and lifestyle circumstances, taking into consideration your overall deep health: Physical, mental, emotional, relational, environmental, existential. This ensures that you achieve your goals in the healthiest and most efficient manner possible.
